REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Biter Curling, each product is made to order. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
No Returns / No Refunds
Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns and do not issue refunds once an order has been placed. Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. In accordance with our production partner’s policy, eligible claims will be reviewed and, if approved, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
Exchange Policy (Sizing Issues Only)
We understand that fit matters.
While we do not accept returns, we do offer exchanges for sizing issues under the following conditions:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

Exchanges are limited to the same product in a different size, subject to availability

Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping costs associated with the exchange
Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be eligible for exchange.
Final Sale Items
All discounted or limited-edition items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
